Wealth Assyst – New Release

Release Date: Wednesday, 16 September 2026

We are pleased to share our latest wealth.assyst release, which includes new functionality, usability improvements and bug fixes designed to make the platform easier and more efficient to use.

What’s New

Client & Partner Split

We have introduced Client & Partner Split, bringing the functionality available in client-Assyst into wealth.assyst.

In the event of a separation or death, you can now split a client and partner into two separate client records, while retaining their existing historical records and information.

Client & Record Deletion

We have introduced new Delete functionality, allowing authorised users to delete clients and associated records across the system.

A client can only be deleted where there are no commission records preventing deletion. Commission records that are Awaiting Receipt can be removed as part of the deletion process.

Company Details & Personalisation

You can now configure your Company Details, including your company name, which will be displayed in the top-left corner of wealth.assyst.

We have also added the ability to upload your company logo. Please note that the uploaded logo is not yet displayed across the system. We will let you know when this functionality becomes available.

Reports Sidebar

We have introduced a new Reports Sidebar, providing easier access to parameter-driven reports.

Reports will be released in phases as they become ready, allowing you to select the required parameters and generate reports directly within wealth.assyst.

Saved Search Improvements

We have resolved several issues around Saved Searches, improving filtering and the reliability of saved search criteria.

Assets, Liabilities & Policies

We have made several UI improvements and bug fixes across Assets, Liabilities and Policies, particularly around the display and management of Current and Non-Current records.

Commission & Distribution Adjustments

We have re-enabled Adjust Commission and Adjust Distribution directly from the Commission Receipting and Distribution screens.

This means you can now update commission or distribution records from the same screen, without having to navigate back to Case Details.

Looking Ahead

Thank you for your continued support and feedback. We remain committed to improving wealth.assyst and will continue to introduce new features and enhancements in upcoming releases.

Wealth Assyst – New Updates & Improvements

Details:

We’re pleased to inform you that new updates and improvements to wealth.assyst are now available.

What’s New

Payment File Upload – Commission Module (Beta)

We have introduced the Beta version of Payment File Upload within the Commission module, designed to help you receipt commission faster.

The feature provides a simple five-step process:

  1. Select the Provider, Date Range and Receipt Date.
  2. Upload the Payment File in Excel or CSV format.
  3. Compare the Commission Expectation and Payment File side by side.
  4. Select and validate the commission records to be receipted.
  5. Receipt the Commission.

You can also generate a Post-Receipt Report once receipting is complete.

If you do not complete the process in one session, you can resume your session later and continue working with the uploaded payment file.

Letter Generation

Several improvements have been introduced to the Letter Generation module in wealth.assyst:

  • Saved Searches — Create and save a client search from the Client List screen using various filters. The saved search can then be reused within Letter Generation to generate letters for clients in that list, without having to apply the same filters and select the clients again.
  • Bulk Letter Generation Queue — Submit multiple letter generation requests to a queue and continue using the system while your letters are being generated. Once complete, the generated letters can be accessed from the Completed Queue.
  • Contact Notes — When generating a letter, you now have the option to save a Contact Note, helping you maintain a record of communications against the client.

Note: Case placeholders were planned to be included in this release. However, due to a technical issue identified during the release process, this functionality is not currently available. Our technical team is reviewing the issue and will provide a further update once it has been resolved. In the meantime, please continue to use Customer-related placeholders when generating letters.

Saved Preferences & Select All – Commission Module

We have introduced improvements to both Commission Receipting and Commission Distribution.

Save Your Preferences

You can now personalise how commission information is displayed by:

  • Hiding or displaying columns
  • Changing column preferences
  • Applying your preferred sorting
  • Saving these preferences for future use

This means you do not need to reconfigure the commission screens each time you use them.

Select All Filters

Select All functionality has been introduced for:

  • Providers
  • Party Names

This makes it quicker for Commission Managers to select multiple records when working with Receipting and Distribution.

Asset, Liability & Policy – UI Improvements

We have improved the way Assets, Liabilities and Policies are displayed within wealth.assyst.

These records are now more clearly separated by each case type and displayed with fewer columns, making it easier to find and review the information you need.

Current & Non-Current Records

A Non-Current option has also been introduced within the Case Summary and the Asset, Liability and Policy sections.

The following statuses are treated as Non-Current:

  • CANCELLED
  • DECLINED
  • MATURED
  • LAPSED
  • TERMINATED
  • SURRENDERED
  • TRANSFERRED
  • REDEEMED
  • RE-PAID
  • NOT PROCEEDED WITH
  • EXPIRED
  • CONVERTED
  • NOT TAKEN UP
  • OUT OF FORCE

By default, records with these statuses are treated as non-current.

When Non-Current is enabled, these records will also be displayed alongside your current records. This helps keep your everyday view focused on current business while still allowing you to access historical or non-current records when required.

Generate Client Reports Directly from the Client Screen

You can now generate supported Client Reports directly from the Client screen.

You no longer need to navigate separately to the Reports section and search for the client again. Simply select the required report from the Client screen to generate it for the client you are currently viewing.

Additional Improvements

Contact Notes – Created By

Each Contact Note now includes a Created By field, which records the user who created the note.

Negative Fund Values

The system now supports the entry of negative fund values where required.

Fund Entry

You can now add a fund without entering Units or Price, providing greater flexibility when recording fund information.

Column-Level Filters

Column-level filtering is now available across sections of the Client screen, including Income, Assets, Liabilities and Policies, making it easier to find and filter information.

Refresh Improvements

Various refresh-related issues across wealth.assyst have been resolved.

Bug Fixes

Various reported bugs and issues across wealth.assyst have also been addressed as part of this release.

Feedback

As we continue to test and improve wealth.assyst, you may occasionally encounter unexpected behaviour or issues.

We encourage you to try the new features and improvements introduced in this release and share your feedback with us. If you experience anything that does not work as expected, please contact us by email or WhatsApp, and our team will investigate and address it.
